Banana Walnut Breakfast Cake

Good Morning!

I’m stopping by to share a quick recipe…

Banana Walnut Oat Bran Cake

  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp Torani Sugar Free English Toffee syrup
  • 1/4 cup water

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a non-stick sprayed microwave-safe container.  Microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds.  Top with whatever you please.  I topped mine with a bit of sugar free maple syrup.

Make this!  Such a comforting breakfast.
